Family Photo Shoot | Winona, Minnesota

This sweet little peanut has a birthday on October 31st, so naturally we had to go check out a pumpkin patch here in Winona, Minnesota. How adorable are her outfits?! And those big brown eyes.. such a little cutie. We tried to get her to smile.. it went okay lol She had a little bit of a cold so I pin that as the reason she wasn't grinning the entire time. Taking pictures of kids can be very challenging, which is why I hone the philosophy of let the kid be a kid and then capture them in their element. You can't always have little ones sitting still like you can an adult, so you work with what you have and try to capture their personality as they run around chasing pumpkins and crying because they'd rather be on the playground.
