Dusty + Laura | Surprise Proposal | Winona, MN

Dusty and I met in college while both serving in a campus ministry, CRU. Our paths parted as the years went by but we reconnected when he was still living in town and playing sand volleyball, which is one of my favorite activities! He reached out to me in November to see about doing a surprise proposal with his then girlfriend Laura. Naturally I said yes and couldn’t wait to make it all happen! The plan was to message Laura about the photo shoot and get a location and time settled so she would think it’s just a typical couples session. Little did she know about the big surprise coming her way!

Seeing the way these two interacted together, you could tell it was a match made in Heaven. We took a few photos to get them settled in and then plopped down a blanket so Dusty could work his magic. I loved being a part of this and couldn't be more excited for the two of them as they embark down the journey of marriage!
