hello friends!

 

I’m Shiloh and most days you can find me sippin on an ice lavender latte while I busy myself with editing wedding photos and videos. I’m mostly known for my loud laugh and gushing over how pretty people are in front of the camera. People often refer to me as adventurous, so if you want to have a destination wedding, head into a greenhouse for intimate couple shoot or want a partner to go backcountry snowboarding with, I’m your gal!

 

I love serving the world by being a small glimmer of joy in this world that can feel so dark, lonely and nervous. Jesus has given be the ability to connect with others through empathy and I love hearing stories about how my clients met, what gets them up and going in the morning and their own personal dreams and goals.

 

The things I am most passionate about in life are building solid friendships, going on walks, and spending time journaling and reading my Bible. One of my greatest gifts is making people feel comfortable in front of the camera. No matter what the situation, I promise we’ll feel like best friends by the end of the session and you’ll go home smiling from ear to ear after listening to me tell you how much of a natural you really are at workin’ it in front of the camera. I photo/videograph people who are wildly in love, people who want to show off their best side, and people who simply wanted pictures/video taken of their favorite memories they’ll forever cherish down the road. I’m lucky enough to capture so many beautiful memories of wedding days, last years of high school and portraits for professional careers.

 

When I’m not busy working on client galleries and video projects, you can catch me at Mugby Junction reading a book by either Francine Rivers or John Mark Comer, heading to the gym to get in a solid HIIT/weight lifting workout, playing in any number of volleyball related tournaments, or daydreaming about a new vacation spot I want to check out with Chuck (my husband). One of my most favorite vacations with him was our trip to San Francisco, if you have a chance to go there, head down to the Italian Quarter, get a seat at Tony’s and do yourself a favor by ordering the Cal Italia pizza. It’ll change your life and I would 100% fly back to California JUST for that pizza.

If you’re dying to hear more, here are 5 things you might not know about me:

1. I am 1 of 5 children, the only girl, and no I’m not the youngest ;)

2. My favorite food are burgers: beef, turkey, chicken, vegetarian, I don’t even care. Just give me all the condiments and I’m a happy camper. 

3. Speaking of camping, I love car camping, exploring nature and going on hikes with friends is my absolute favorite way to create memories. 

4. I go to bed at 9:30 PM - Chuck thinks I’m a grandma, but when you have a 5:30 AM workout, girl’s gotta get her beauty sleep!

5. When I was a junior in high school, I was a FES (Student Exchange Student) in Brazil for an entire year. Loved every second of it.
